One of the main questions we get here at RealEstateAPI from Multi-Family, Commercial and Land Investors: How do we contact these owners if they are LLCs on the deed?
That's why we've built the Corporate Skip API - to help find these individuals associated with LLCs, Trusts, and Other Corporate Owner Types. Once these individuals have been sussed out, you can use the SkipTrace API (v2) them to get the contact info for them.
